الأدوات الكهربائية : لا يوجد
وقت التحضير: 20 دقيقة
وقت الخبز : 15 دقيقة

مدة الصلاحية : أسبوع في الثلاجة

تناسب أي نوع من الحساسية:
حساسية المكسرات
حساسية الحليب
حساسية البيض
حساسية الصويا

حلبة غلوتين فري
حلبة غلوتين فري

مقادير حلبة غلوتين فري:

2 كوب دقيق
2 كوب سميد
معلقة صغيرة خميرة
كوب زيت زيتون
ربع كوب حلبة
كوبين ماء
سمسم وقزحة للزينة حسب الرغبة

الطريقة:

نقوم بفكر السميد والدقيق بزيت الزيتون وتركه جانبا .
نغلي الحلبة بماء غلوة واحدة .
ثم نتخلص من الماء بتصفيته منها، وإعادته على النار مع كوبين الماء ، على نار هادئة حتى تنضج الحلبة .
نصفي الحلبة ونضع الماء المصفى منها جانبا لنستخدمه بالعجن
نضع الخميرة والحلبة على مزيج الدقيق والسميد والزيت ، ومن الممكن إضافة سمسم وحبة البركة .
نعجن بالماء المصفى من الحلبة، فاترا .
الماء حسب نوع الدقيق .
( من كوب الى كوب وربع أو أكثر حسب العين)
نفردها في صينية مدهونة طحينية ، أو زيت نباتي .
نقوم بتقطيعها .
ونغطيها ونتركها تخمر ربع ساعه.
نخبزها في الفرن على الصاجة .
على درجة حرارة 200 لمدة ربع ساعه حتى تصبح شقراء
نقوم بتحمير الوجه .
وتقطيرها مباشرة .
