كوب شوفان مطحون
معلقتين كبيرة زيت نباتي .
ثمرة بطاطا حلوة كبيرة.
الطريقة:
نقشر البطاطا ونقطعها ونسلقها جيدا .
بعد ان تنضج قومي بهرسها.
ثم نضيف الشوفان ونقوم بعجنها .
ضعي الشوفان تدريجي ربما لن تحتاجي كل الكميه.
افرديها بالمرق على كيس مدهون زيت، أو على ورق الزبدة.
قطعيها بقطاعة البيتزا أصابع عريضة نوعا ما ( حتى لا تصبح قاسية عليه بعد الخبز)
شعبها في الفريزر تتماسك قليلا
رصيها في صينية الخبز إما مدهونة بالزيت ، أو على ورق الزبدة .
ضعيها على الشبك، في منتصف الفرن المحمى مسبقا.
على درجة حرارة ١٨٠
لمدة ربع ساعه، حتى تنضج.
الوصفة تناسب الرضع منذ الشهر الخامس.
(من الممكن إضافة حليب طفلك المخصص له (دافئ ) على البسكويت وهرسه)
